About Us
Arnold Public Affairs is an Austin, Texas based bipartisan firm specializing in public affairs and advocacy work in Texas, the Southeast United States and Washington, D.C.
Before starting the firm in 1998, Jim Arnold worked in state government in Texas and was involved in political campaigns throughout the United States. Ellen Arnold worked in the field of education for twenty years, the last five as a principal, before joining the firm in 2002 to work with non-profit organizations.
