Arnold Public Affairs has experience planning and executing educational, informational or fundraising events for its clients. Many of the events target legislators and their staffs and the relationships built through the firm’s advocacy efforts help insure a successful event. Among the many duties associated with events, the firm, in conjunction with its client will:
- Determine event parameters such as date and location of event
- Create a structure for the event
- Determine topics to be presented
- Identify and secure speakers
- Assist with housing, flight and honoraria arrangements for speakers
- Develop programs and conference materials
- Provide staff for events
